Product Description

It is readily soluble in water, methanol, or ethanol; extremely sparingly soluble in acetone; and insoluble in diethyl ether. It exhibits excellent hygroscopicity, film-forming properties, complexation ability, and biocompatibility. It has the capacity to form complexes with a wide variety of organic and inorganic compounds and is relatively stable toward acids, salts, and heat.

Main applications

1. Hair care products: In hair dyes and perms, it serves as a stabilizer and affinity agent, enhancing color durability. In shampoos and hair conditioners, it acts as an excellent surfactant and light-protective agent, improving foam stability. In gel lotions, elasticizers, styling sprays, and other similar products, it functions as a film-forming and styling agent, delivering high gloss and long-lasting, stable styling effects.

2. In creams, it exerts a stabilizing and thickening effect, ensuring that the emulsion system remains uniform and stable over time without settling. In lotions and sunscreens, it enhances moisturizing and lubricating effects. Packaging and Storage

50 kg/plastic drum. Store in a sealed container following standard storage practices for water-based chemicals. The optimal storage temperature is 5–35°C; avoid freezing. When storing partially used containers, ensure they remain tightly sealed. Shelf life: 12 months.
